10 High Knee lunges (5 each side) - 30-50M jog
10 walking lunges - 30-50M
Side Shuffle w Sqaut - 30-50M
Side Shuffle Reverse - 30-50M
3 up and back for 15M
10 Tuck Jumps - 30-50M
3 step x over toe - 30-50M
A Skip for 30-50M
B skip for 30-50M
C skip for 15-20M
Repeat all Skips
10 Legs swings front and side

Workout

2 sets of 4 x 100 @ 80% - Women: 16.5 seconds Men: 14.8 to 15.0 seconds

RI = 2 minutes each rep / 5 minutes between sets

Strength: 25 Split Squats each leg; 25 Side Lunges each leg; 20 Single Leg Bridges each leg; 15 Rocket Jumps
