BT's Corner
Gents,
Our first game of the Spring 2011 season is almost upon us. 5 days from now, we will be through our first test, our first rung on the ladder. Will we come out of the game unscathed? Will we improve upon what we started in the fall? Will we stay healthy? Will everyone get a chance to show me what they've got? These are all questions that will be answered at about 4pm on April 2, 2011. I can only hope that you all are as excited for our opener as I am. Practices will be intense this week. All I ask from you is that you all focus on the game plan and how YOU fit into that game plan. If everyone does THEIR job, we will come out as the victor.
Please work hard this week. You will reap the benefits, if we play our game. There will be a huge crowd of old boys and supporters, let's give them a great show !!!

Guys,
It was great to see the numbers at tonight's first practice. We worked hard and the conditioning was great. BUT, there were too many key people missing. You know who you are! Make sure you get to practice on Thursday. With the numbers we have, there will be competition for each and every position. Every practice YOU miss, you fall lower on the depth chart. If we are to reach our goal, you need to make the commitment. We are 1 month away from the first spring game, and our first step on the ladder. Commit to your teammates and to yourself.
See you all Thursday @ 7pm, ready to build on what we started tonight.

Gentlemen,
We are about 5 weeks away from the start of official practices. I hope everyone is anxious and anticipating the start as much as I am. For those of you who came to the AGM this past Thursday, you can see and feel the excitement. With the majority of guys training, via Cross-Fit, we should be in the best shape in a while, as a whole, to begin our team training. I am going to commit everything I have, to the 30-40 guys who call themselves team members. What I am asking in return is, a total commitment from our players. The only way we will meet our team goals, is to get "Onboard". The system is in place. Just buy into it ! It works ! When this Spring 2011 season is over, I hope that we can all sit back and say that we reached our ultimate team goal, a National Championship. Continued good luck with the Cross-Fit, stay healthy, and enjoy your "off" season, because in just over a month we will be on the pitch training hard.
See you in 5 weeks.
