On-Line Registration
FALL 2010
for players entering 2nd -8th grade
Helpful Facts:
When: Starting September 12th and will run for 8-9 Sundays
Where: Franconia Township Park
Times: Sundays from 2:00-4:00 pm
Who: Boys going into 2nd- 8th grades
- On-line Regsitration for the 2010 FALL Season will Open at 9:00 am on 8/1/2010.
- Registration will run from 8/1/2010 through 8/27/2010.
- Season starts September 12th for 8 to 9 weeks (depending on weather)
- Registration Fees for 2010 FALL Season will be as follows:
- 2nd - through 8th grade $60.00
- SABLA is only as good as the volunteers that help make it happen. Volunteers are needed throughout the organization and you will have the opportunity to volunteer as you proceed through registration. No experience necessary.

ACTIVE U.S. LACROSSE MEMBERSHIP IS REQUIRED
PLEASE NOTE: For those players who participated in SABLA in the spring of 2010 season, you already have a U.S. Lacrosse membership number. Please provide your membership number on our registraion form.
If you forget your U.S. Lacrosse number it can be found in one of three ways:
1. From your membership card that your player received in the mail from U.S. Lacrosse.
2. On the printed label of any issue of U.S. Lacrosse magazine you received recently.
3. By going to U.S. Lacrosse's website at www.uslacrosse.org/, clicking Membership Info from the home page, and you can then look up your Player's ID # and expiration date.
So, please get your U.S. Lacrosse membership ID # and have it ready BEFORE you continue with the on-line registration.
First Time Players:
U.S. Lacrosse membership is required*
GO TO the U.S. Lacrosse website at www.uslacrosse.org/, clicking Membership Info from the home page. Just a few simple steps to join US Lacrosse. Membership in US Lacrosse is for one year.
SABLA REGISTRATION PAYMENT OPTIONS
You can choose from the following 2 convenient ways to pay your registration fee:
1. Pay on-line with a credit card or Paypal account as part of this on-line registration (HIGHLY ENCOURAGED).
2.Pay by check to address below. PLEASE include a printed copy of your registration information and Waiver form from our website and include that with your check. You'll get more details about these two ways to pay as you proceed through the registration process.
