SPRING 2010
Due to the economic climate as well as the holiday season, Registration has been extended to January 15th!
And Late Registration until Jan 30th.
Helpful Facts:
- On-line Regsitration for the 2010 Spring Season will Open at 9:00 am on 11/7/2009.
- Registration will run from 11/7/2009 through 1/15/2010.
- Late Registrants will be accepted after 1/15/2010 through 1/30/2010. Late registrations will be charged an additional late fee of $25.
- Season starts in early March and will go until around 1st week in June.
- Practice dates and location to be determined.
- Registration Fees for 2010 Spring Season will be as follows:
- 1st/2nd ............... $90
- 3rd/4th ............... $110
- 5th/6th and 7th/8th.. $150
- SABLA is only as good as the volunteers that help make it happen. Volunteers are needed throughout the organization and you will have the opportunity to volunteer as you proceed through registration. No experience necessary.
- NEW for 2010! 10% discount automatically taken off for second or more family members!

ACTIVE U.S. LACROSSE MEMBERSHIP IS REQUIRED and is
INCLUDED IN SPRING REGISTRATION FEE
PLEASE NOTE: For those players who participated in SABLA in the spring of 2009 season, you already have a U.S. Lacrosse membership number. Please provide your membership number on our registraion form.
If you forget your U.S. Lacrosse number it can be found in one of three ways:
1. From your membership card that your player received in the mail from U.S. Lacrosse.
2. On the printed label of any issue of Lacrosse magazine you received recently.
3. By going to U.S. Lacrosse's website at www.uslacrosse.org/, clicking Membership Info from the home page, and you can then look up your Player's ID # and expiration date.
So, please get your U.S. Lacrosse membership ID # and have it ready BEFORE you continue with the on-line registration.
First Time Players:
U.S. Lacrosse membership is included in the registration fee. If you have never had a U.S. Lacrosse membership number, please enter "0000000" in the space provided.
* PLEASE NOTE that if your son played in SABLA in the spring of 2009 season and you are having difficulty accessing U.S. Lacrossse Member ID #, please enter "0000000" in the space provided. (We will take care of this through U.S. Lacrosse)
SABLA REGISTRATION PAYMENT OPTIONS
You can choose from the following 2 convenient ways to pay your registration fee:
1. Pay on-line with a credit card or Paypal account as part of this on-line registration (HIGHLY ENCOURAGED).
2.Pay by check to address below. PLEASE include a printed copy of your registration information and Waiver form from our website and include that with your check. You'll get more details about these two ways to pay as you proceed through the registration process.
