U10 Zoria Black - Spirit United Champs

Coming off their Ukrainian Nationals Invitational and Pocono Cup Championships, the Zoria Black U10 Boys continued their winning ways in impressive fashion in the Spirit United Kick Off Classic top flight Championship Division on August 18th-19th. The boys faced a highly competitive group including, Maryland Thunder, Binghamton NY, PA State Cup Champions Lehigh Valley United and PA State Cup Finalist Rose Tree, and went undefeated as they were crowned Champions.

Congratulations to the boys on a tremendous weekend of very competitive & entertaining soccer & a well-earned Championship!

Blasters Black Win FC Europa Turf Cup!

CONGRATULATIONS to the Blasters Black on winning the FC Europa Turf Cup!!!
The team went 4-0 on the weekend with victories over some very good PAGS D1 teams. The team scored 18 goals on the weekend and allowed 10. Great effort by the girls.

U15 Atoms Win Hempfield Fall Classic

Congratulations to the Ukrainian Nationals U-15 Atoms and their coach Kyle McGrath for winning the 27^th Annual Hempfield Tournament the weekend of November 17^th and 18^th! The boys defeated FC Europa SAMBA 0-0 (3-2) in a PK Shoot-out to capture the championship. Throughout four games the Atoms did not give up a goal from the run of play and only surrendered one all weekend from the spot. The staunch defending and quality goalkeeping proved the right formula for a title as the Atoms exercised their old shoot-out demons.

Sofiane Bensmail scored the Atoms lone goal of the weekend vs. The Central Carroll Blue Devils off an assist from Franny Hess. Matt Gorman was the Atoms goal keeper and played flawlessly between the pipes. All around it was a gutsy team effort as these Ukies played their club and their coach proud! The boys will compete again in a Philadelphia Area MAPS tournament in early December and also will start MAPS league play December 9^th.

Blasters win the EPYSA State Challenge Cup Championship

Downingtown, Pa. (May 19)—The Eastern Pennsylvania Turkey Hill Challenge Cup Championships finished off Saturday afternoon with the last 10 championship matches played at United Sports Training Center. Each team played its final match seeking the Challenge Cup Championship. The competition, run by Eastern Pennsylvania Youth Soccer, the governing body for youth soccer in the state and sponsored by Turkey Hill drew more than 500 teams, which had been competing for a shot at the finals since March. The Ukrainian Blasters Black U10 girls won the state title defeating Lower Merion 3-1 to close out the 6 week tournament.

Heat win Turkey Hill Challenge Cup Chammpionship

U12 Chornomorets Win Delco Div. 1 and Hempfield Fall Classic

Congratualtions to the Ukrainian Nationals U-12 Chornomorets for winning the Delco Division 1 and Hempfield premier bracket on successive weekends. The boys beat Baltimore Bays and Methacton in the Delco playoffs led by a strong defensive effort, yielding only 1 goal against throughout the regular season and playoffs. The following weekend, the boys marched out to Lancaster and went undefeated against some quality opponents including Baltimore Bays, HMMS, FC Europa and Delaware Rush. The boys also finished off a great Fall season by coming in 3^rd place in a very strong EDP bracket. The team is coached by Travis Yoakum.
