Instructions to Apply

Applying for a credit card merchant account is easy. Just download the Merchant Application, fill in the indicated sections, and return the completed application, along with copies of the following documents:

  • A copy of a driver's license or other government-issued identification card
  • Your organization's business license, certificate of incorporation, OR sales tax ID certificate
  • Bank statements for your organization's primary checking account for the last two months
  • A cancelled check

For example, if you process $500 in Visa/Mastercard credit card transactions, the Visa/Mastercard discount fee would be only $11.95 (2.39% * $500), which is less than the $20.00 monthly processing minimum, so you would be charged an additional $8.05 for that month.
