ZCHS Program Support Reminder
If you have not paid your ZCHS Program Support, please do so at your earliest convenience. Per school policy, game participation is not allowed until the Program Support fee has been paid.
Please note this is not the team fees collected at the Green/White Scrimmage game.

Zionsville Community Schools
Program Support Fee for IHSAA, Interscholastic, and Club Athletics
Zionsville Community Schools assesses the Program Support Fee to offset General Fund expenses related to IHSAA, interscholastic, and club athletics in grades 5-12.
Fee Structure Per Student:
Grades 5-8
1st IHSAA Sport $125
2nd IHSAA Sport $125
3rd IHSAA Sport No Fee
Club Sport $50
Grades 9-12
1st IHSAA Sport $200
2nd IHSAA Sport $200
3rd IHSAA Sport No Fee
Club Sport $75
The IHSAA does not sanction Middle School Sports. The use of the term IHSAA for grades 5-8 is used to identify those sports offered at the middle schools which are IHSAA sanctioned for grades 9-12.
Club Sports are defined as those which are school sponsored and compete interscholastically, but whose coaches do not receive compensation from the ZCS General Fund and/or are not sanctioned by the IHSAA.
- · The preferred payment method is online via School Pay at https://www.schoolpay.com School Pay is also accessible at www.zcs.k12.in.us
- · Payment can also be made by check payable to ZCS at your child’s school building. At ZCHS, please submit payments in the Athletic Office. At ZMS and ZWMS, please submit payments in the Main Offices.
- · Payments will be accepted during the weeks preceding the first official practice or tryout for the sport.
- · The fee must be paid before the first contest in order for the athlete to participate.
- · If an athlete is cut from a team or chooses not to play the sport before the first contest, the fee (if already paid) will be refunded.
- · Once a student has made a team or joined a team, the fee is non refundable after the first contest. This includes the cases of injury, ineligibility due to academics or conduct, dismissal from a team, or voluntarily leaving a team.
- · Many sports will have additional costs to families in the form of equipment, uniforms, or consumable items.
- · Payment of the fee does not guarantee playing time in contests.
- · Payment of the fee does not entitle the athlete or family to control over conditions of the team or the athletic department.
- · Students who qualify for free lunch will have the fee waived.
- · Students who qualify for reduced lunch will have the fee reduced by 50%

- · Families with financial hardship that do not qualify for free or reduced lunch should contact their school’s athletic director with questions concerning financial assistance.
- · This fee is separate from and in addition to any fees assessed for clubs and student activities.
