Dehydration and Heat Exhaustion
Summer training can bring issues of dehydration and heat exhaustion. Please see the below links for understanding how to prevent dehydration, the signs of heat exhaustion and the prevention of heat exhaustion. If at any times you show symptoms of dehydration or heat exhaustion, stop training at once and notify a coach.
