Summer Strength and Condition Training
Summer strength and condition will be with Strength Coach Miller.
Tuesday and Thursday 10:00 am to 11:00 am at ZCHS weight room.
Open to all returning players and incoming 9th graders.
Dates
June 3, 5, 10, 12, 17, and 24.
July 8, 10, 15, 17, 22, and 24.
Please note the Thursday moratorium dates that fall on June 19, 26, and July 1, 3 and 31. There will be no strength and conditioning on those dates.
